Freeze/Cancel Policy:
You can freeze your account for up to 3 months at a time.

To freeze or cancel your account please fill out a form at any of our locations, or send a certified letter to our corporate office at 555 Murphy Road, Sarnia, ON N7S 5B6, stating that you wish to freeze for 1,2 or 3 months or cancel. There is a 30 day notice required, prior to the draft date to freeze or cancel.
