Working for Kokomo's is an opportunity that reaches far beyond "just a job." Our employees are given classroom training from the start and receive ongoing education throughout their career with our company. ASSISTANT MANAGERS
Kokomo's counter personnel can best be described as Customer Service/Sales Professionals.When hired as a CS/SP, an employee is given the official title of "Assistant Manager." This employee is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers, as well as selling tanning memberships and products. In addition, the employee is responsible for daily opening and/or closing of the salon, and supervision of the Salon Cleaner. Upper management positions are available to employees who have been with the company for a minimum of 90 days and who have outperformed in all areas of the Assistant Manager position. Advancement within Kokomo's is based on performance, not seniority.
